This privacy policy notice is served by IDA Agency, 7a Park Gardens, Hockley, Essex SS5 4HE under the website: www.idaagency.education. The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website. If you do not agree to the following policy you may wish to cease viewing / using this website, and or refrain from submitting your personal data to us.

Where our purpose for processing is: We may receive information such as the heights of children, their dates of birth, names, addresses, telephone numbers, photographs and medical information.

Which is necessary because: This information is relevant when sending details about possible casting opportunities to casting agents and production companies.

We process your information in the following ways: We keep necessary data to ensure role suitability. We only pass on relevant information to casting agents and production companies. Teachers, industry professionals and registered chaperones will have access to some aspects of data due to the safety and well-being of children and Young Performers in their care.

Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. License data is held on a password protected device and is securely kept for a 6 month period as stated in The Children and Young Person’s Act.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

Your individual rights under the GDPR are as follows:
